There is no doubt that Facebook has gained more and more popularity these days, and people of all ages are addicted to it. We cannot blame these people got so addicted with Facebook, after all, it has a lot to offer. However, though Facebook gives us entertainment and helps us to connect with our old friends, classmates, families or relatives who are far from us, it can still do us harm if we are using it for more than enough than we should. Besides, too much of something can be very bad.

As a matter of fact, studies show that kids of today are less healthy compared to the kids of the previous generations. This is because they tend to get stuck with their computers, and they forgot to make real friends and play real games. Because they are being couch potatoes, playing games using their laptops and chatting with their friends in Facebook, they tend to become either weak or overweight (or both) due to lack of exercise.

In addition, exploitation is more prone these days, as kids have access to Facebook posts of different individuals, including strangers. This is also one of the reasons why crime rate becomes higher now that people can reach more people right at the tips of our fingers.
